Returns

OUR EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY IS EXTENDED UNTIL JANUARY 31ST, 2025 FOR CHRISTMAS.

Our policy normally lasts 30 days**. If 30 days have gone by since you received your Sloppy Joe, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unworn, unlaundered, tag still attached and in the same condition that you received it.

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING RETURN SHIPPING. SUBSEQUENT EXCHANGE SHIPPING COSTS ARE COVERED BY SLOPPY JOE. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, your package included an 'exchange refund form', this can be used as proof of purchase - please fill the out and pop it in your package.

* Please note - Sloppy Joe Clothing are not responsible for replacing or exchanging 'customer damaged garments' -  accidental stains, rips or damage from laundering are not the responsibility of the brand and these garments are not eligible for refund or exchange.  

** Soiled/damaged returned garments not in the same condition new condition originally dispatched will be declined refund and returned to the customer.

Exchange & Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it with your refund or an updated tracking number to your original order - with your new tracking number for the exchange. If you would like a refund - we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days, you will be notified via email when the refund has been released. 

If the garment you ordered is out of stock at dispatch a full refund for this order will be issued. If the out of stock garment is part of a multiple purchase, only the absent garment will be refunded. You will be notified by email of the refund and this will take around 5 working days to appear on your bank statement.  

Exchanges (if applicable)
If for whatever reason you wish to exchange an item, please fill out and include the returns/exchange form and pop this inside the return package and send it back to us - we suggest USPS for US customers. We will organise your new exchange garment, if the item is out of stock we will send out the exchange and notify you as soon as it becomes available or issue a refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sustainable 'Seconds Rail Sale' items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items from the 'Seconds Rail Sale' cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was a gift for you, we can either credit you a Sloppy Joe account for the amount of the gift on its return, we can also offer an exchange. You will need proof of purchase. The order number will suffice - the gift-giver will have this. 

We can only issue refunds to the gift-giver. .

If you wish to exchange a gift, email us on enquiries@sloppyjoe.co.uk with your request and the Team will assist. Proof of purchase necessary.

Sloppy Joe Clothing are not responsible for return postage. The person exchanging the gift will need to cover the cost of sending to Sloppy Joe. Sloppy Joe Clothing will cover the cost of shipping the exchange garment (if applicable). 

Shipping your return
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Sloppy Joe Clothing - contact us direct if you no longer have the address. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item - we cover the subsequent cost of mailing out the exchange - even to the USA. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping from the USA
The most cost-effective way to return Sloppy Joe Clothing to us is using USPS. Please be aware Fedex, Parcelforce and other carriers like these charge high rates for returning garments. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We would advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we proof of postage should a returned item not reach us.
